  We have been here a few years ago and always found it good. However when we went back we found it quite different. The menus had changed and the service was terrible. We had two children with us and it took LONG time for the food to arrive. At this point it was not too busy either. We had order a deal which included desert and after it had been 30 mins form finishing the main course the kids just wanted their dessert. I ended up flagging down a waitress who said she would get them but it still took much longer before we actually got them. They offered the knock the price of the children's deserts off as an apology but as we had paid for a deal this was £1.50 while waiting even longer for them to do this, we noticed there was five drinks on the bill which we never ordered or received. All in all the food was mediocre and it was a very stressful two and a half hours.
